RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to feel your most confident in Bareformé, which means getting the fit exactly right. If your pieces aren't quite what you expected, we’ve made our return process simple so you can find your perfect match.

Our Policy:

We now offer Refunds or Store Credit on all full-priced items.

Refunds: Processed back to your original payment method.

Store Credit: Issued via email and valid for 12 months.

Please note: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can only process your return once it’s safely back in our hands.


Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your items must reach us in their original "second-skin" condition. We ask that they are:

  • Unworn and unused, with all original tags still attached.
  • Neatly folded in their original packaging.
  • Clean and fresh: Free from deodorant marks, makeup stains, fake tan, lint, pet hair or any odours.
  • Sent back within 14 days of receiving your order.

Note: To keep things fair for everyone, if these conditions aren't met, your return may be rejected and sent back to you at your expense.


How To Start A Return

  1. Pack it up: Ensure your items meet the requirements above. Include your Order Number, Name and Reason for Return inside the package so we know it's yours!
  2. Ship it: Drop your return off at your local post office. We highly recommend using tracked shipping. Return Address: PO Box 3435, Tamarama NSW 2026.
  3. Processing: Once it reaches us, please allow 3–4 business days for our team to process your refund or credit (don't forget to check your junk mail for the confirmation!).

Faulty Items 

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something isn't right, email us at info@bareformeactivewear.com and we’ll prioritise a fix for you.

  • Faulty items must be reported and returned within 30 days.
  • If confirmed faulty, we will cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.

Please note: Minor crease lines from transit are normal and will disappear after a quick steam or wash.


Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and fairness, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift Cards, Socks or Hats.
  • Clearance Items: Anything purchased from our "Sale" section is Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you’re unsure about sizing on a sale item, feel free to reach out before you buy!
